Because of his standing in the community and his position in the school it was his responsibility solely to further investigate, by all means, these allegations. Anything less is lack of character on his part, and you cannot instill something that you are lacking.
It would be the same as saying...."I saw the boy drowning so I called the owner of the pool but didn't stay around to see if anyone came to the boys aid." Just as Joe did, a MAN WITHOUT CHARACTER, HONOR, or any form of values or morals.

If I donated a substantial amount of money to a charity that turned out to have been started as a way for a ped0phile to gain easyaccess to more victims, I would want my money back too. Sandusky should be personally responsible for paying back all the donors.
